How HeatROI AI models Surface Renewal and Thermal Value

Transparent inputs, evidence-graded outputs, and clear boundaries between what CoolCrete Renew addresses and what it does not.

What we model

Every HeatROI report is built from four blocks: (1) a surface condition assessment mapped against a distress catalog and maintenance history, (2) a thermal opportunity model using measured or benchmarked reflectance/emittance and ambient conditions, (3) a lifecycle capital-deferral model that discounts future rehabilitation and maintenance cash flows, and (4) a suitability gate that decides whether CoolCrete Renew is even appropriate for the observed substrate.

Financial results are shown as ranges (conservative / base / upside) and are tagged with an evidence grade so viewers can see whether the number is a screening estimate, a site-assessed model, a pilot-verified measurement, or third-party / long-term validated.

What we do not do

HeatROI AI does not provide structural engineering, waterproofing, code-compliance or concrete-repair design services.

CoolCrete Renew is not a substitute for correcting active structural distress, reinforcement corrosion, moisture intrusion or substrate failure. Where those conditions are observed, the platform flags an engineering review requirement instead of returning an ROI estimate.

Evidence grading
Grade A
Third-Party / Long-Term Validated

Independent laboratory test data or long-term monitoring supports this result.

Grade B
Pilot Verified

A site pilot has measured thermal or renewal performance for this surface.

Grade C
Site Assessed

Field-assessed inputs support this modeled result; not yet pilot-verified.

Grade D
Screening

Screening-level estimate. Inputs and outputs remain modeled until pilot verification.

Approved product claim language
Designed to renew and protect compatible aged cementitious surfaces.
May help defer future maintenance or rehabilitation when applied to suitable substrates.
Potential service-life value is modeled based on surface condition, expected intervention timing and validated performance.
Surface-temperature reductions of up to 27°F have been observed in internal field testing under specific conditions.
Actual performance depends on substrate condition, preparation, application, exposure and measurement conditions.
Energy and lifecycle savings are estimates and are not guarantees.
HeatROI AI provides screening, modeling and decision-support estimates based on user inputs, field observations, benchmark data and available test results. It does not provide structural engineering, waterproofing, code-compliance or concrete-repair design services. CoolCrete Renew is not a substitute for correcting active structural distress, reinforcement corrosion, moisture intrusion or substrate failure. Financial, energy, maintenance and service-life results are estimates and are not guarantees. Actual performance depends on substrate condition, preparation, application, exposure, maintenance and other site-specific factors.
